ON Power informs individuals of the processing of personal data that takes place on behalf of the company and its purpose. ON Power ensures that the processing is only conducted in line with the stated purpose and will not deviate from that unless having informed the individuals concerned or if applicable, having gained full consent for the added purpose.
Individuals can request information on the processing of their personal data processed by ON Power. They have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning them should they conclude that it is not in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and, as the case may be, request that erroneous, misleading or incomplete personal data concerning them be deleted.
